Privacy Notice

This notice explains what GameCamp processes to run accounts and hosted game servers, why it is used, and the choices available to beta users.

Information we process

  • Account details such as name, email address, role, and password hash.
  • Server configuration, player-facing addresses, files, backups, and operational history.
  • Security and audit events used to prevent abuse and investigate changes.
  • Plan, order, subscription, and payment references; full card details stay with Stripe.
  • Basic request and error information needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, provision and manage game servers, provide support, process billing, protect accounts, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use server files for advertising.

Service providers

Data may be processed by the infrastructure operator, Pterodactyl hosting systems, Stripe when paid billing is enabled, and content catalogs such as Modrinth when you search or install supported content. Each provider receives only what is needed for its role.

Retention and security

Account and server records are kept while the service is active and as needed for security, billing, backup, and legal obligations. Sensitive hosting credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is risk-free, so report suspected account or data exposure promptly.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to security and recordkeeping requirements. Paid billing choices are available from the Billing page. Send privacy or security requests through support.
