Cancellation and Refund Policy
Beta trial plans are not charged. When paid billing is enabled, these rules explain cancellation, renewal, and how to ask for help with a charge.
Trial plans
A plan identified as a beta trial creates no payment obligation. Trial capacity, duration, or availability may change with notice in the product.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation can be scheduled from Billing and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Server access and export availability may end after that period.
Refund requests
If a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge appears, or a paid server could not be provisioned, contact support promptly with the account email and charge date. Requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the service failure. This policy does not limit any non-waivable legal right.
