Beta Terms of Service

These terms describe the BETA 1.0 service, the responsibilities that come with a GameCamp account, and the limits of a pre-release hosting platform.

1. Beta service

GameCamp provides tools for creating and managing game servers. The beta may change, experience interruptions, or remove an experimental feature. We will use reasonable care, but beta availability is not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of worlds or files that cannot be replaced.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify support if access is compromised. You may not use GameCamp to break the law, abuse networks, distribute malware, evade game licenses, interfere with other customers, or host content you do not have the right to use.

3. Your server content

You retain your rights in uploaded worlds, configuration, and other server content. You authorize GameCamp and its hosting providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and support the service. You are responsible for player permissions and content placed on your server.

4. Plans, renewals, and cancellation

Trial plans are identified before creation and do not create a charge. If paid checkout is enabled, the price, billing interval, and amount due are shown before you leave for Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew on the displayed interval until canceled. Use Billing in your account to manage or cancel a paid subscription. See the refund policy.

5. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited for security incidents, unpaid charges, harmful use, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to export content or correct the issue. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, GameCamp is provided without an uptime or fitness warranty during beta, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Material changes will be dated on this page and, when appropriate, communicated in the product.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact method on the support page.
